Hello🫶🏼

I’m Lucy, the face behind Lucy Caleb, formally named Dandelion Wishes✨ Based in Yorkshire, UK. 

I started to plan my little business after I came home from my backpacking trip in 2023. I never knew what I wanted to do beyond travelling, I was excited to see the world and experience different countries, cultures & traditions. We had the most amazing time, created so many wonderful memories and learnt more than I ever thought possible. Throughout our travels, one of my favourite things to do was wonder around the many different markets, seeing all of the beautiful handmade items, speaking to the owners of the small businesses and learning about their products & their personal stories. 

Once we arrived home and unpacked, looking at all the little items we collected over the past 7 months, from Wooden animal ornaments to bracelets made from guitar strings, I knew, this is what I wanted to do, to create something that would make others smile and bring back their most cherished memories. From then, I planned, researched and prepped as much as I could. 

I always knew I wanted to name my business after myself, however, as I am also due to be married September 2025, I wanted the name to reflect my new marital name. The rebrand was set to take place October 2025 after my wedding, however, I was approached by a small beauty business to sell my products via their beauty salon, located in Morley, Leeds. My business was taking an amazing new step forward, which is why i decided to rebrand a lot earlier than originally planned. 

I am so happy and grateful my jewellery has already brought happiness to many different people. Whether it was, a custom gift, anniversary gift, birthday gifts, just because gifts or a treat yourself gift. I have loved seeing all the little notes, the reviews and thoughts. I have many new plans for my small business and trying to push myself out of my comfort zone, which includes showing my face more as the person behind the business.
